Stas Korolov working with different media such as painting, printmaking, video, photography and drawing.
Korlov`s was born in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, USSR in 1982.
He immigrated to Israel with his parents in 1990.

His works are often personal, and they open a window into his life; while some of his paintings, which deal with body and gender, touch upon political subjects.
His intense and expressive portraits exist at the junction of personal and public, simultaneously revealing and concealing human body.
Another considerable piece of Korolov's work showcases a series of landscapes, often mountains.
At first glance, artist’s work takes two seemingly unrelated directions; however, his oeuvre, spanning a spectrum of themes, aims at exploring painting medium and its expressive means.
Stas Korolov has participated in group and solo exhibitions in galleries and museums in Israel and abroad.
